Shayla Wilson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified social work case manager. Culturally cross-trained in EMDR, a clinician with years of experience providing play therapy, trauma-informed care, and chronic care support to individuals, children, and families.
From parenting to adolescent peer relationships, managing chronic illnesses, and navigating disordered eating. I have been leading people back to their purpose and finding their meaning. I believe life gives us courses that can be simultaneously beautiful and challenging at once; often times such changes unfold within a system that doesn't necessarily support your feelings and thoughts. If you've experienced this feeling then you've come to the right place. As a black therapist, it's my passion to serve BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, & People of Color), and ALL those in need of culturally sensitive understanding.
